Someone from the studio reads it and writes back about a time to talk.

Step 2: We talk
A conversation about the house, how you use it and what you hope will change. We say plainly whether we are the right firm.

Step 3: We visit the house
If we are, we come and look, and propose a design agreement. Nothing is signed at the visit.
