The two agreements

What each agreement says

Both agreements are written in plain words, and both are yours to read with a lawyer before you sign. Neither one commits you to the other.

  • The design agreement

The scope of design, the fee, the schedule for drawings, what you receive and how you may use it.

  • The build agreement

The price and its scope, allowances, the schedule, how changes are written, payment stages and what we repair after handover.
